Advantage 1: Our machine is all frequency conversion. The vast majority of our car wash machines all equipped with frequency invertor. It saves electricity, at the same time greatly prolong the service life of the water pump motor and fans motor.

Advantage 2: Double barrel: the water and foam flow through different pipes to increase the concentration of foam, enhance the car wash effect, and save foam and water.

Advantage 3: Electric appliances and water appliances are isolated. No electric appliances are exposed outside of the main framework, All the cables and boxes are in the machine control room which ensures safety and avoid danger.

What if the machine breaks down?

After you purchase the equipment, we will assign a dedicated after-sales engineer for you and establish an after-sales group. If you have any questions about the car wash machine, you can always find him at any time.

In case of hardware breakdown, there are spare part kits already sent along with the equipment, they contain most fragile parts, and our engineers will guide you to replace the broken part.

In case of software problem, please contact our after-sales engineer first, and then our software engineer can operate or upgrade the machine remotely.

How many years of warranty do you provide?

CL500-CL800 Warranty: We offer three years of warranty for the whole machine.

CB200 Warranty: We offer one year of warranty for the whole machine.

Do you provide installation service?

Accepted Answer

For installation, there are two main options:
We are able to dispatch our engineering team to your local spot for the installation. From your side, the obligation is covering the expense for accommodation, air tickets and engineer working fee 80usd/day. Usually it takes about 7-10 days to install one machine.
We have detailed installation manual and will provide online installation guidance if you would like to do the installation yourself. This service is free of charge. Our engineering team will be assisting you throughout the whole process.

It depends. If you want to customize the color and appearance for the banner, just tell me what color you need, and the drawing of the appearance, we could do according to your request.
