  • What are your advantages？

    The biggest advantage we have is receiving constant appreciation from our customers. Because we put quality and after-sales service as priority, we have been receiving long-term trust from global operators.
    Apart from that, we design key features for overseas car wash operations, which include our core advantages:
    Advantage 1: Frequency conversion design. The majority of our car wash systems are equipped with frequency inverters to optimize power consumption and extend the service life of motors and pumps.
    Advantage 2: Model-specific wash-chemistry delivery. Wash-chemistry delivery varies by model and configuration. CL500 does not have separate water and foam circuits. For CL600 and CL800, please request the latest model-specific configuration sheet before selecting a system. Equipment specifications and optional features should be confirmed in the final quotation.
    Advantage 3: Electrical and water isolation. High-voltage electrical components and water pipelines are physically isolated. Key control components are located in the machine control cabinet to enhance operational safety.

  • What if the machine breaks down?

    After you purchase the equipment, we will assign a dedicated after-sales engineer for you and establish an after-sales group. If you have any questions about the car wash machine, you can always find him at any time.
    In case of hardware breakdown, there are spare part kits already sent along with the equipment, they contain most fragile parts, and our engineers will guide you to replace the broken part. 
    In case of software problem, please contact our after-sales engineer first, and then our software engineer can operate or upgrade the machine remotely.
    If there is any distributor available in your region, they might provide service to you. Please contact with our sale engineers for more details.

  • How many years of warranty do you provide?

    CL500-CL800 Warranty: We offer three years of warranty for the whole machine.
    CB200 Warranty: We offer one year of warranty for the whole machine. 

  • Do you provide installation service?

    On-site installation and commissioning, operator training, spare-parts supply and remote technical support are available. The service scope, destination, schedule, costs and responsibilities are confirmed for each project. Customer-led or local-partner installation may be considered after site requirements and responsibilities have been reviewed with our team. Detailed installation manuals, technical drawings and remote engineer guidance are provided to assist the installation process.

  • How to deliver a car wash machine?
